  1. Program Directors/Leaders must complete an “Application to Host Minors on the Campus” at least six weeks prior to program in order to begin the background check process.  The application can be found by clicking the link below for the Background Check Location.
  2. Once the application is submitted to Campus Card Services, the Program Director/Leader will be emailed with further instructions regarding background checks and online training.
  3. Detailed instructions for on-campus, off-campus, and out of state background checks can be found on the right side of this website.
