The form below is to be completed in the event that a student needs to cancel his/her summer housing reservation with the office of Summer Programs and Conference Services. Before completing this form, please take a moment to review the cancellation policy. If the dates of a reservation need to be changed, please return to your registration and make the changes. If cancellation of reservation is received by the office of Summer Programs and Conference Services in writing more than 5 business days prior to Guest’s scheduled arrival, full payment will be refunded. If cancellation of the reservation is not received 5 business days prior, a cancellation fee of $200.00 will apply. If you are a summer school student applying to summer school housing and your class is cancelled you will receive a full refund.
