The form below is to be completed in the event that a student needs to cancel his/her summer housing reservation with the office of Summer Programs and Conference Services.  Before completing this form, please take a moment to review the cancellation policy.  If the dates of a reservation need to be changed, please return to your registration and make the changes.  For questions or concerns please contact Summer Programs and Conference Services at (314) 935-6680.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation of reservation is received by the office of Summer Programs and Conference Services in writing more than 5 business days prior to Guest’s scheduled arrival, full payment will be refunded.  If cancellation of the reservation is not received 5 business days prior, a cancellation fee of $200.00 will apply.  If you are a summer school student applying to summer school housing and your class is cancelled you will receive a full refund.
